The app

Mercatle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Subscriptions

Mercatle Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Family Sharing is supported where available.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, cheat leaderboards, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Content & data

Geographic data comes from openly-licensed sources (Mapbox, Wikidata, Natural Earth, OpenStreetMap and others), each under its own licence. Maps are © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
